Interventions are tailored according to the human and organizational issues identified by the team, its manager, or the organization. 

They may include one-off support initiatives (e.g., collective workshops over one or several days) or longer-term programs spanning several months (e.g., one-day quarterly team workshops combined with parallel individual follow-up for each team member).

In order to offer support that closely meets identified needs, I work in partnership with a mental performance coach and a sophrologist, enabling the design of fully customized workshops and support programs serving both teams and individuals.
